Pregnancy is challenging, especially for someone who has experienced a prior miscarriage. The hardest part is that no one really talks about it. In Indian movies, pregnancy is often portrayed as a joyful experience, where the woman craves spicy foods and everyone around her is delighted. However, real-life stories are vastly different and vary greatly from person to person. In reality, people often simplify the experience by saying that the first three months are difficult. During this time, pregnant women face a mix of scientific and superstitious restrictions. Unfortunately, little attention is given to how the  mom-to-be  is truly feeling. It’s true that the first trimester is often the most challenging. A new mother constantly worries about whether her actions might harm the baby. Ragi cheela no. 1

 For 1 cheela Ingredients: 1 tb spoon ragi flour, 1 tb spoon yoghurt/curd, 1 pinch salt, 2-3 drops of oil Preparation: Mix the flour, curd/yoghurt and salt well. Make a thin batter but not watery (add a little amount of water if needed). Put the tawa in the oven on low flame, and spread 2-3 drops of oil on it. Then spread the batter on the greased tawa evenly, and cover it. After 2-3 mins, remove the cover, and increase the flame to medium. At point, the lower part of the cheela becomes detachable from the tawa, flip it. Cook it in medium flame for a few more minutes. Then its done! 

Ezzzzy - lazzzzy, fakibazi oats granola

Ingredients: Rolled oats 2 cups, 1 cup chopped almonds and walnuts or any other nuts of choice, 2 tbspoon chia seeds, 2 tbspoon flux seeds, 4 tbspoon pumpkin seeds, 2tbspoon sunflower seeds, 2 tbspoon sesame seeds + many more of choice, 1/4 cup white oil, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup water, 1 pinch of salt. Preparation: Put the oven on preheat for 10 min at 180 F. Put baking paper on a large tray, and apply a bit of oil on it.  Mix all the dry ingredients well for a couple of minutes; then add oil, honey and water, again mix them well and spread evenly on the baking tray. By this time, the given should be preheated. Put the tray inside the oven, and bake it for 20 min. Wait, you still can't relax and sip in your favourite liquid. Chop 8-10 dates in small pieces. After 20 min, take out the tray from the oven, shuffle the mixture with a spoon, add dates to it and bake it for 10 more minutes. After 10 mins take the tray out again, mix a handful of raisins in it and shuffle and bake it for 1...
