Ragi cheela no. 1


 For 1 cheela

Ingredients: 1 tb spoon ragi flour, 1 tb spoon yoghurt/curd, 1 pinch salt, 2-3 drops of oil

Preparation: Mix the flour, curd/yoghurt and salt well. Make a thin batter but not watery (add a little amount of water if needed). Put the tawa in the oven on low flame, and spread 2-3 drops of oil on it. Then spread the batter on the greased tawa evenly, and cover it. After 2-3 mins, remove the cover, and increase the flame to medium. At point, the lower part of the cheela becomes detachable from the tawa, flip it. Cook it in medium flame for a few more minutes. Then its done!
